Contact points under the Digital Services Act
Amusebit hosts menus that our customers publish, which makes us a hosting service under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). Both of our contact points use the same address: hello@amusebit.com. A person reads every message sent there; it isn’t an automated inbox.
- For authorities of EU member states, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11): English or Estonian.
- For anyone using our service (Article 12): English.
Report illegal content
If you believe a menu or anything else we host contains illegal content, email hello@amusebit.com with the subject “Illegal content report”. To let us act on it, include:
- Why you believe the content is illegal.
- The exact web address (URL) of the content, and where on the page it appears if that helps.
- Your name and email address.
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the report is accurate and complete.
You don’t need to give your name for a report about child sexual abuse material or other offences covered by Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU.
We’ll confirm that we received your report, a person will review it, and we’ll tell you what we decided and how to challenge that decision. Reports about content that breaks our Terms of Service without being illegal are welcome through the same address.
