Plans & billing

How the 60-day free trial works, how to choose a Standard or Premium plan, and how to upgrade, change plans, update payment details, get invoices, or cancel.

Most venues start with a free trial and then move to a paid plan. You can also pick a paid plan straight away at sign-up. You manage all of it on the Billing page, found in the menu under your venue name.

Your free trial

The 60-day free trial gives you full Premium access with no credit card required. The Billing page shows your trial status and how many days remain. To keep your menu published after the trial, add a payment method by choosing a plan. Choosing a plan ends the trial right away, and billing starts that day. If you pick a paid plan at sign-up instead, billing starts immediately and there's no trial.

Choosing a plan

Amusebit offers Standard and Premium plans, each available monthly or yearly (yearly saves you two months). For the current plans, prices, and exactly what each includes, see the pricing page. You can upgrade or change plans at any time.

Managing your subscription

From the Billing page:

  • Upgrade lets you choose or change your plan.
  • Manage Billing opens the secure billing portal (powered by Stripe), where you can update your payment method, download invoices, and cancel your subscription.

Upgrades apply right away, and you pay a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period. A move to a lower-priced plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you move from Premium to Standard, Premium-only content such as extra languages, dietary badges, and nutrition tables is kept but stops being published until you upgrade again. If you cancel, your menu stays published until the end of the period you've already paid for.
